Many people hear the name Gavin Kaysen and immediately think of his acclaimed eateries, Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, and Demi. What some may not realize is the work he and Soigné Hospitality development director Alison Arth have put toward bettering behind-the-scenes restaurant procedures and practices. The Heart of the House Foundation is a nonprofit founded by the duo to sustain the growth, health and prosperity of each and every Soigné restaurant team member and their families.
