She She is a Minneapolis-based multidisciplinary design studio focused on wallpaper, textiles and home furnishings that recently teamed up with popular peel-and-stick wallpaper brand Tempaper for their newest collection, Curaçao Days, Curaçao Nights. It was created after an inspiration trip the duo took to the Caribbean island, and each design is an interpretation of a specific memory from this once-in-a-lifetime getaway. Here, She She shares how to design your spaces with the transportive wallpaper collection.

Flamingo Salinas

We made it a priority to cross “see wild flamingos” off our list of things to do in life while on our trip, so traipsing through the Saliñas was an automatic yes for us. Our Flamingo Salinas pattern embodies graceful beauty and would be great for a space that is hungry for a statement like an entryway, hallway, powder room or bedroom — anywhere you want to go bold!

Flamboyan

This floral design was inspired by the flaming flamboyant tree of Curaçao. The blooms on the trees are the sweetest little flowers and in this design create a soft textural foliage fit for any space. We created this print for people looking for a textural or small-scale print. This would look fabulous in a library, dining room or nursery.

Queen Emma

We wanted an art deco design to be a part of the collection, and our Queen Emma design was inspired by the sights from the Queen Emma Bridge. After seeing the colorful buildings along the water, we decided this is what it would look like if we were to design our own city. We think these large-scale arches would be dreamy and relaxing in a bedroom but feel this pattern is the most versatile in the collection for any space.

Maria en Patricia

This playful print is packed with cheeky illustrations of Curaçao, including parrots and tropical flowers. The pattern is also a nod to and evolution of one of our first prints, Paco y Maria. This design would be a perfect fit for anyone wanting to bring a coastal or whimsical energy into their space. We think it would look wonderful in a bathroom or nursery.
