Parlour Bar is giving its customers the chance to give back to the community by donating one of the eatery’s famous burgers to someone working hard on the frontlines during the coronavirus outbreak. For every burger donated, Jester Concepts will match the donation. The Parlour Burger truck will be rolling through the streets of Minneapolis on weekends fulfilling preordered meals for the public. The food truck will also deliver the lunches you purchase to the various M Health Fairview campuses.

“The idea stemmed out of this notion that our healthcare workers are our first responders of this pandemic, similar to how firefighters were in 9/11,” explains Jester Concepts Owner Brent Frederick. He is happy to report that he’s already received some large-donor contributions that will translate to feeding four separate M Health campuses, letting healthcare workers enjoy one of the best burgers the Twin Cities has to offer.
