The elegant in-house eatery Monello aims to bring the rich culinary traditions of Italy’s Campania region to the Twin Cities. The sea bass with caviar and crème fraîche is downright drool-worthy, as are the sautéed branzino and the torchio pasta with braised rabbit. After dinner, continue the party downstairs at Constantine, the subterranean bar where you can expect an extensive cocktail list, skilled barkeeps and an energetic crowd.
