We recently celebrated the launch of our spring issue at Party in Bloom, Mia’s signature kickoff gala for its annual Art in Bloom festivities. The scene opened with a red carpet sweeping down Mia’s grand staircase, as guests arrived dressed to match the moment — decked out in florals, of course. Music carried from Land Rover vehicles stationed on either side of the entrance immediately set the tone. Guests paused for photos beside a sunlit ice sculpture before stepping inside, where the evening unfolded into a full-blown soiree of blooms.
Following the decadent entrance and a stroll down the Jade Corridor filled with breathtaking floral displays from Bachman’s, guests entered the Artful Access Lounge. The space featured a larger-than-life dessert tower with bites from Bûcheron, aura portrait readings from Inner Bloom and a vintage flower-themed photobooth. At the bar, guests enjoyed sips from Dry Wit, Fulton and Sunny with a Chance of Flowers as Veuve Clicquot flowed from a Champagne wall courtesy of Elliot Park Hotel, inviting all to “Ring for Champagne.” The party was layered in style with carpets from Curio Rugs underfoot and tables flush with arrangements by Lilia Flower Boutique.
Upon departure, guests were gifted artfully curated goodie bags, complete with Nose Dive candles, Odele shampoo, Elliot Park Hotel’s “The Edit,” floral pins and, of course, the spring issue of Artful Living. Among the museum’s masterpieces, the celebration stood as a work of art in itself.
