Since 2008, Jester Concepts has prided itself on being a top Twin Cities hospitality company that creates restaurant concepts that deliver an unmatched experience when it comes to cuisine, service and atmosphere. Jester’s eateries are open for takeout in accordance with recent state guidelines, and the hospitality group has decided to expand its offerings with two new concepts: Dirty Sams and P.S. Noodles. Here is a brief overview of each restaurant, including a highlight from their signature mouthwatering menus.

Monello

Monello has officially transitioned to Dirty Sams, a new sandwich concept. However, some fan favorites from Monello and Constantine are still available. With sandwiches titled Butch Coolidge and Monster Joe, the new menu offers plenty of delectable options to pick from.

P.S. Steak

P.S. Steak is now P.S. Noodles. This Asian-inspired concept will only be available the next three weeks. We’re ecstatic to see how chef Mike DeCamp experiments with this takeout menu, which features dishes like kimchi fried rice and smoked pork steamed buns.

Borough and Parlour Bar

Parlour Bar is the perfect place to enjoy a one-of-a-kind burger — formally known as the Parlour Burger. Both Borough and Parlour Minneapolis will be offering a reduced Parlour-centric menu for takeout.

Parlour Food Truck

The Parlour food truck will continue to roam the streets of Minneapolis, supplying neighborhoods with Parlour’s famed burgers. You can see where the food truck will be located using this calendar.
