Your definition of luxury: To me, luxury is defined as an item, environment or experience filled with extravagance, indulgence and comfort. It is allowing an individual to feel several pleasant sensations at one time.

How to embody opulence: Opulence is in the eye of the beholder. For some, a hallmark of opulence is confidence and individuality, while others are focused on ornate details, complex patterns and luxurious elements. A common strategy we employ to embody opulence is through the use of decorative items like mirrors and unique objects. We also look to enhance the details that may be overlooked, such as improving basic millwork and mixing various materials like crystal and marble. Using leather, silk and velvet is a timeless, understated method to make any space more luxurious.

How to get inspired: Travel! The world is filled with all different types of styles. Stumbling upon ideas that are new and different to someone can really open their eyes and allow their personal style and preferences to evolve.

Trend you love: We’re fans of the transition we’re seeing to more browns and rich tones. We love French oak and using a mix of materials.

Trend you’re over: Monochromatic gray and industrial modern.

A classic that will never go out of style: Marble and the chesterfield sofa.

Most memorable project: The renovation of a family home that we designed in a timeless fashion so that it can be enjoyed for generations to come. Our goal for the project was to evoke enduring design standards so that when our client’s children and (hopefully) grandchildren move into the home, they will find it just as beautiful as the day it was first finished.

Your company’s trademark: We work with our clients from start to finish to help them realize their vision and reduce the stress involved in the process by providing full project management to ensure their project runs smoothly and results in a successful outcome. We strive to provide a unique solution that reflects their personal style — regardless of how they define luxury.
