We recently took the party on the road and ventured out to the beautiful grounds of White Oaks Savanna in Stillwater. Situated amidst rolling hills, gentle valleys and quiet ponds shaded by ancient heritage trees, this architecturally driven community is being developed in collaboration with the city of Grant, Brown’s Creek Watershed District and Washington County. Ideally located within easy driving distance of Stillwater and both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis, White Oaks Savanna offers an incomparable spirit of place.
Guests arrived in classic red trolley cars for an evening of Bourbon, barbecue and blues. Live music from the Nick Dinius Band and twinkling string lights set the mood. Bourbon tastings were provided by Tattersall Distilling (one of our favorite Northeast Minneapolis spots), wine by Stillwater’s exquisite 7 Vines Vineyard, and beer by Lift Bridge Brewery and Surly Brewing Co. Doc E’s food truck satiated guests with both delicious fare and quaint nostalgia.
As part of the unique White Oaks Savanna experience, land buyers will design their custom home with a local team of top architects and fine builders selected for their impeccable client service, quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Designed and built to express individuality while maintaining the beauty and investment value of the community, each residence will act as both a sanctuary and a legacy.
Special thanks goes out to the following White Oaks Savanna partners and sponsors: Andersen Windows, Peterssen/Keller Architecture, Redstone Builders, Elevation Homes, Lake Elmo Bank, Hagstrom Builder, TVL Studio, Rehkamp Larson Architects, and Streeter & Associates.
