On October 24, join ICA Food Shelf and Alerus for an evening of tasty bites and sips at the Great Taste. Now in its sixth year, this event features delectable fare from 20 local restaurants as well as beer and wine from local breweries and wine shops.
The evening will begin with a reception boasting tastings from local restaurants, complimentary wine and locally brewed beer, and a fantastic silent auction. This year’s program will celebrate ICA’s deep roots in the Twin Cities community and will explore how the organization’s work impacts our neighbors firsthand, with KARE 11’s Belinda Jensen acting as emcee. Following the reception, guests with Wine & Dine tickets will be chauffeured to surprise restaurants, where they will enjoy specially prepared meals.
All proceeds from the Great Taste directly support ICA’s programs, which provide food services, employment assistance and homelessness prevention assistance to 800 local families every month. Order your tickets today.
