Jared Supalla and Jen Brisson, owners of bespoke floral design studio Lilia Flower Boutique, recently added another Excelsior storefront to their family of businesses: Fromage Co. The gourmet grazing shop is known for its intentional approach to hosting memorable gatherings. Through its mobile charcuterie cart service and one-of-a-kind artisanal provisions, the shop’s tasty bites are sure to elevate any festive gathering. We caught up with Brisson to learn the story behind Fromage Co. and get her favorite gift ideas for hosts this holiday season.

What was the inspiration behind starting your mobile charcuterie cart business?
Fromage Co. grew naturally out of our work in the wedding world! Many of our couples were looking for a memorable guest experience, something beautiful and welcoming to set the tone for the celebration. Paired with our love of hosting and curating thoughtful food moments, the mobile cart became a perfect way to bring that vision to life. We wanted to create an experience that guests would remember long after the event.
Tell us more about your curated Fromage Co. offerings.
We offer three options that allow clients to create a food experience that feels interactive and intentional. Our Individual Boards are the most interactive, providing each guest with a curated selection of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit and accompaniments served directly from the cart. It’s a beautiful personal moment that everyone loves!
Our Cocktail Hour Mini Plates are another popular choice. They are charming, individual tastings that work perfectly during the transition from ceremony to reception, offering something elevated and welcoming as guests begin to mingle.
We also offer Small Bite Boxes, which are beautifully presented and ideal for events where guests will be moving about or when you want something easy and ready to enjoy. Many clients pair different offerings together to create the perfect flow. Any option can be elevated with premium additions such as caviar, duck prosciutto or rare cheeses for an even more luxurious experience.
In addition to your elevated event experiences, you now have a new Excelsior storefront. What are some of your favorite host gifts for the holiday season?
This season, I love gifts that feel thoughtful, elevated and a little indulgent! Our curated pantry items make it easy to build a beautiful host bundle. French butter, artisan crackers, a favorite jam or a tin of caviar always feel festive and special.
