The level of detail and attention that residents receive at Four Seasons Minneapolis Private Residences is unmatched. What is one of your favorite ways to add a personal touch for a resident experience?
You’re right; the personal touches are so important. We talk about this often, and I encourage my team to go beyond simply learning the residents’ names. I challenge them to learn the names of their family members, friends and pets as well. And while we have several ways in which to make all these people feel at home here, one of my favorite personal touches is sharing the homemade dog treats my wife makes with residents who have pets.
Residents have exclusive access to all hotel amenities including spa treatments, Mara dining reservations, poolside cocktails and much more. Can you detail the exclusive resident experience versus a hotel guest experience?
At Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis, we’re curating a community for our residents. Even before owners started moving in, we hosted residents at a Twins game to introduce new neighbors to one another. Next, we’re planning a cocktail hour to connect residents with Four Seasons staff. Our goal is to provide residents with opportunities to build relationships and make lasting connections. Since day one, our general manager has said how Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis is more than a hotel; it’s a place to bring people together. And our residents are a big part of that.
Are there any additional special touches you’d like to share about the residences?
Just imagine a quiet winter night: The sky is filled with stars, the city lights are glowing and there’s a light snow falling. Soon, this imaginary scene will become a reality for our residents. They’ll have a front-row heated seat to this incredible, unobstructed view — all from the comfort of their warm personal terraces.
