“The environment boasts lush greenery and solar tubes for natural lighting,” explains General Manager Connie Gibson. “We pulled Minneapolis’s rich history throughout the hotel by highlighting the building’s bones of marble and granite as well as partnering with the community around us, accentuated by naming all meeting spaces after local communities.” The hotel lobby will feature a Spyhouse Coffee Bar plus each room will be have a minibar stocked with local foodstuff — does it get any more Minnesotan than that?

Complementing the standout accommodations, restaurant Giulia will be the latest addition to the list of go-to downtown dining experiences. With evolving menus employing local ingredients as well as a bar program with a roster of local spirits, the eatery will turn out dishes like fresh artisanal pastas and hand-pulled tableside mozzarella, making it a must-try foodie spot.
