Tucked in the rolling fields of Minnetrista, Everly Farms recently hosted us for an idyllic weekday dining adventure. At The Table, the culinary-driven tasting room at Everly Farms Winery, Artful Living gathered with 30 inspiring women spanning many industries for an evening of thoughtful conversation, artisanal wine and a beautifully crafted dinner.
The Table’s warm atmosphere set the tone as guests sipped welcome drinks and enjoyed charcuterie, then moved into the private dining room, where walls danced in floral prints and a roaring fireplace cozied the space. In the candlelight, autumnal bouquets from Lilia Floral Boutique were artfully arrayed with blooming hydrangeas and bold pomegranates. Chef Tom Grittner and Head Winemaker Sean Reeves greeted the group and previewed the five-course menu with accompanying wine pairings. The curated family-style menu didn’t miss a mark, with crowd favorites like Thai peanut Brussels sprouts, pickle pizza with salt and vinegar chips, and the Pomme d’Amour dessert cider. The palate embraced seasonal flavors sourced from local ingredients — an authentic epicurean celebration of fall.
It was the company that truly made the evening unforgettable. The conversation branched far beyond networking, evolving into dialogue about shared passions, honest moments and the power of community. Guests headed home with wine, chocolate, bouquets and the most cherished treat of all: delicious leftovers to enjoy later.
