Charles E. Crutchfield III, MD is on the verge of reaching the holy grail of aesthetic/cosmetic medicine: 1 million units of Botox administered. Although it seems more fitting for Hollywood, where defying age is the norm, Crutchfield learned as a dermatology resident back in 1994 that looking and feeling good is just as important to Minnesotans.

Rumors have circulated that Crutchfield Dermatology and Allergan, which manufactures Botox, would do something big when Crutchfield hits 1 million. He has officially confirmed the rumors, announcing that the lucky patient scheduled for the millionth unit will receive “Free Botox for Life!” The winner will receive 100 units of Botox per year for 25 years, subject to other conditions.

“Our clinic’s motto, ‘Experience Counts and Quality Matters,’ reflects our philosophy,” Crutchfield says. “But it’s also about keeping patients safe when treating their most visible features. I’ve treated many patients after they experience horror stories from trying to save a few pennies.”

“Everyone cares about their appearance,” Crutchfield explains. “Business professionals, stay-at-home moms and retired folks all want to look their best. We also treat Minnesota’s celebrities, including pageant winners, professional athletes and media personalities. Playing a role in a patient’s success and providing the confidence that comes with improved appearance is really special.”
