On July 27, Tangletown Gardens is thrilled to welcome visitors for the glorious return of its beloved Garden & Art Tour. This signature event, now in its 16th iteration, celebrates the relationship between nature, art and design, offering garden design inspiration for gardens of all sizes, styles and budgets. This year’s guided tour will showcase urban gardens in and around South Minneapolis and host a variety of local creatives, including featured artist Bekah Worley.
The Garden & Art Tour started in 2005 and quickly garnered a loyal and enthusiastic following. The focus of this year’s tour is “bringing it back home” with gardens located in Tangletown Gardens’ very own South Minneapolis neighborhood. The day will culminate with live music by local band Theyself and a WiseBurger pop-up featuring a creative, grass-fed burger menu sourced from Tangletown Gardens Farm and led by chef Dan Schmit.
Tickets can be purchased online or in-person at Tangletown Gardens or Gallery 360 ($35 advance, $40 at the gate). Eventgoers can secure a map and guide at Tangletown Gardens starting at 9 a.m. on the day of the tour. The Garden & Art Tour will take place rain or shine.
