Joining in the cuisine festivities, Riva Terrace at Four Seasons Hotel Minneapolis will feature a special four-course family-style menu of seasonal flavors at Dinner Du Nord. The coastal-inspired dining concept’s menu will showcase a special handcrafted cocktail and canapés, shareable platters of salt-baked branzino, grilled picanha, summer squash with pistou, corn on the cob and a sweet dessert surprise to finish.
