Stepping fashionably into the fall season, we recently celebrated the launch of our new autumn issue with a sophisticated soiree filled to the brim with fresh style, chic design and unmatched company. The evening’s festivities were hosted at a majestic Summit Avenue abode newly listed by Coldwell Banker Realty agent Kathryn Kennedy, offering guests an exclusive look inside the iconic historic stunner. Built in 1898, the Colonial Revival residence blends timeless architectural character with thoughtful updates designed for modern living, setting the tone for the perfect end-of-summer evening.
Upon arrival, invitees were greeted with an up-close look at a pristine 2027 Land Rover Range Rover parked in the driveway, courtesy of Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis. From there, attendees were welcomed into the home with the evening’s bar which included a selection of dry white bubbly from Mousse Sparkling Wine Co., a bright riesling from Irvine Spring Hill and a refreshing alcohol-free “Mojitno” from EVEN. Chef Terry John Zila worked his signature culinary magic by crafting top-tier sweet and savory bites, and Lilia Flower Boutique’s whimsical floral arrangements served as the elegant eye-catching cherry on top.
Serving as the evening’s official sponsor, EVEREVE posted up in the living quarters with a custom Dinosaur Hampton embroidery pop-up station ahead of the brand’s official Grand Avenue store opening. The festivities concluded with each guest leaving with one of Artful Living’s beloved swag bags and the promise of our next launch party (Keep your eyes peeled for the save the date!).
