Our autumn style issue had its formal debut in conjunction with the launch of the Jaguar I-Pace, the automaker’s first-ever all-electric vehicle. Revolving around topics of sustainability, the event took place at Brick x Mortar, a private social club in Minneapolis’s Warehouse District. A panel discussion moderated by Hazel & Rose owner Emma Olson featured thought leaders Scott Meek, Anupama Pasricha and Ashleyn Przedwiecki. Sustainable fashion created by St. Catherine University apparel design students gave guests the opportunity to view and try on the trends. The evening also included a silent auction to benefit HandsOn Twin Cities, whose mission is to transform Minnesota through meaningful volunteerism.
Cocktails were served exclusively by Prairie Organic Spirits, whose farms grow organically so that their spirits stay free of harmful chemicals and GMOs. Local favorite Surly Brewing Co. provided a variety of beers. And the always impressive Wandering Kitchen wowed with beef skewers, chicken pinchos, sweet potato canapes, Spanish crostini, quinoa with fig, and more.
