Every square foot will be crafted by HGA Architects, led by Design Principal Joan Soranno, with landscapes designed by Travis Van Liere Studio. All of the details have been carefully resolved and selected, including vaulted ceilings, soaking tubs, heated tile floors, Malm fireplaces and cedar select tight knot decking. The materials, placement, scale and rhythm will be dictated by the land, from where the retreat residences sit to how the community takes shape. Land can be matched with one of three unique designs: The Farmhouse, The Field Pair and The Woodland. When owners are away, a fully managed rental program will handle everything from bookings and guest care to maintenance and operations. This infrastructure allows owners to simply arrive and settle into rest, returning season after season without the hassle of maintenance or worry.
