Norseman has taken over the Northeast Minneapolis distillery scene with its chic space and exceptional small batches of fine spirits. In fact, it was the city’s first micro-distillery. The wide open lounge is contemporary and cozy. String lighting and comfortable sofas fill the space, creating the perfect mood for an evening of sipping on can’t-resist cocktails. Inspired by the thoroughly impressive experience, we tapped the experts behind the bar to create these simple yet delicious summertime cocktail recipes. Cheers!
